RAPS are interactive for a specified timeframe during NSW school terms. Classes across the state are encouraged to participate, communicating via email and sharing assigned task results.

RAPS contain lesson ideas, teaching strategies, pro-formas, worksheets and related weblinks to research information that are all archived on the schoollibraries site for many years.

The rail related RAPS on the DET Professional Curriculum Support Website are:

These lessons target NSW primary students working at Stage 3 level but content/learning outcomes can be adapted for Stages 1-4.

General information about RAPS can be found at: http://www.schools.nsw.edu.au/raps
